Whatever tickles your fancy, Three Olives Chocolate Vodka does make for a tasty twist on an ordinary vodka drink. This product is actually very tasty as a sipping vodka and some will like it tasted straight while others will enjoy it with a small amount of vermouth and served as a chocolate martini. One quality I like is how the alcoholic zing fades way quickly, leaving behind the pleasant taste of chocolate. Three Olives Chocolate Vodka is smoother than most vodkas with only a small amount of bite. Any drink that already has a chocolate, vanilla, caramel, or similar flavor will taste even better with Three Olives Chocolate Vodka added as an ingredient, in place of the regular variety. The combination makes for a great after- dinner drink and can be enhanced further with added cream. One simple drink that tastes great is Three Olives Chocolate Vodka combined with Kahlua and served over ice. Three Olives Chocolate Vodka is good all by itself, but where it really shines is when mixed in certain drinks. This product can be used to enhance many different traditional drinks like martinis to create a new drink with a chocolate twist. It tastes great as a sipping vodka and also as an addition to certain mixed drinks. Three Olives Chocolate Vodka is one of the best I have tried thus far. I have sampled a few of the Three Olives flavored vodka products and I can attest that there are some very good options among them. The alcohol content of this vodka is 35 percent by volume (70 proof) and it is completely wheat and gluten free. The chocolate flavor mellows out after each sip as the alcohol flavor fades, leaving an aftertaste similar to that of chocolate candy. Taken straight, the flavors present include cocoa and alcohol, with some vanilla on the edges. The flavor of this vodka is exactly what one would expect. **Vodka Commentary:**Three Olives Chocolate Vodka is a clear liquor with a noticeably strong aroma that combines alcohol with a small amount of dark chocolate. One company with a wide assortment of vodka flavors is Three Olives and one of its many options is **Three Olives Chocolate Vodka**, an indulgent spirit. They continue to search for more ways to enhance their vodka, rum, and other products, often in interesting and flavorful ways. True Three Olives Chocolate Vodka: Delicious Alternative Spiritįlavored spirits are popular and liquor manufacturers know this. Be careful, it's easy to go through a bottle quickly! The brand is so fun that it becomes a popular, crave-able go-to beverage that is absolutely perfect in every way. Bring some over to friends and watch the delight on their faces. One thing I truly love about Three Olives vodka is how smooth it is, while still being strong enough for a great kickstart to the night, after work chill-down or nightcap. The reason this flavor is so versatile is that it almost tastes like a melted chocolate bar in a glass of vodka, not simply "chocolate-flavored" vodka. If you are bold or are culinary adventurous, you can even use it in cooking/baking. It is a wonderful touch in a chocolate martini, and even pleasant as a straight shot. I take a bottle as a gift when I visit others, and I find that Chocolate is an excellent addition to beverages such as coffee or hot cocoa. My favorites are Root Beer, Espresso, and Chocolate. The company started with the classic vodka in 1998 and expanded in 2001 when the Three Olives Cherry and Three Olives Grape were released and created a bigger fan base.Three Olives Vodka is always my go to drink/mixer when entertaining. Three Olives Vodka is vegan, gluten free, lactose free and nut free to be able to reach a wide audience of consumers. All of the flavors of vodka are 35% alcohol by volume or 70 proof. Three Olives Vodka is produced and distilled in the U.K. Vodka flavors such as Watermelon, RangTang, Loopy, Marilyn Monroe Strawberry, and many more are on the list of Three Olives Vodka flavors. The list asks the question, “What is the best Three Olives Vodka flavor?” with all 24 flavors listed to be voted on. Each vodka flavor has a picture next to it to help recognize the Three Olives flavor. The list will help determine what the best Three Olives Vodka flavor is by the votes that are placed on the individual flavors and will change the list depending on the votes. I do not fly sailplanes and you most probably know a lot more about this than i do.but i thought they were one of the safest forms of aviation and that the safety record of sailplanes (in accidents resulting in death/injury) is nowhere near the carnage in PG/HG.Ī sailplane land out or a creased wing (with no further consequences) is an incident, not an accident.No?.Īs you say the statistics are not reliable, many PG/HG accidents go unreported, and even those reported are not gathered in a common database (AFAIK). Posted: Thu 9:41 UTC Post subject: RE: What is most dangerous, Paraglider vs Hangglider? HG tend to damage their arms and heads, paragliders their legs and backs - obvious given the flying positions. paragliders tend to have accidents associated with strong thermals, although the rate of ankle damage from tripping while walking up the hill is astonishingly high. Sailplanes have land out problems and the racers put creases in their wing from excessive loadings. The accident rate at the Oshkosh fly in is horrendous, if you count all the accidents of people on their way to and from the event. GA tend to suffer human-factor accidents - pilots getting blasé. Hanggliders have lots of accidents at take-off (getting turned into the hill) and landing (whack.). The kinds of accidents are different too. Of course, you can make any of them horribly dangerous - acro, proximity, fly-ins, strong thermic conditions - all increase risk. The real answer seems to be that there is no significant difference in safety between HG, PG, Sailplanes and GA. There are lots of statistics but none of them are very reliable. The PSI is an American unit and stands for Pounds per Square Inch. 1 atmosphere is therefore 1013 millibars and 1013 hectopascals. In this case, 1 millibar is exactly equal to 1 hectopascal. Air pressure is also regularly expressed in millibars or hectopascals. The atmosphere corresponds more closely to the average air pressure at sea level, and is defined as follows: 1 atm = 101.325 Pa so just over 1 bar. Meteorologists and weather forecasters worldwide use this unit, as an expression in Pascal would lead to much longer numerical results. Where atmospheric pressure equals 1013.25 mbar (101.325 kPa). Millibars (symbol: MB) is also commonly used to describe atmospheric pressure. The International Bureau of Weights and Measures, while indicating that authors are free to use bar, has not included it in the permitted list of the SI. The term “bar” comes from the Greek word “baros,” meaning weight.Ĭurrent usage : Although bar is the unit of pressure, it is not accepted by the International System of Units (SI) and is even disapproved in some areas. History: Bar was once introduced by Vilhelm Bjerknes, a Norwegian meteorologist who was at the forefront of modern weather forecasting. This unit is pretty much the standard reference when it comes to pressure. The bar is defined as 100,000 Pa, or 100 kPa. The bar is originally a British unit, and 1 bar roughly corresponds to the average air pressure at sea level (although 1 atmosphere (atm) is a better description). Plus, we also offer nitrogen tyre inflation for those seeking greater tyre performance. However, Pascal is not the only unit used for pressure: Whether you’re concerned about your tyre health, or would like our help to check your tyre pressure (free of charge), simply contact your local branch. This is because tyre pressure can be measured in different units: BAR pressure or PSI (pounds per square inch) being the most commonplace. If you’re wondering what tyre pressure is measured in, units-wise, that’s where our converter tool can help. Many modern cars also have a sensor installed called a TPMS which alerts the driver to the decreasing or low tyre pressure. Use a tyre pressure gauge to check the pressure, and carefully follow the instrument’s instructions. This information can be found by a number of means, including the vehicle manual, inside your fuel cap, on the inner door frame or simply by contacting your vehicle manufacturer. The ideal tyre pressure is determined on a case-by-case basis, and will depend entirely on the make and model of your vehicle, alloys used, load carried, and typical passenger usage – front and rear tyres may also perform better at slightly different pressures to each other. It’s thought that warmer weather can decrease tyre pressure more rapidly, so make sure to check more regularly during the summer months. To get an accurate reading, check it only when your tyres are cold e.g.Tyre pressure should be checked once a month. It’s therefore paramount that you’re keeping tyre pressure in line with the recommended figures for your specific vehicle. The benefits of maintaining the correct tyre pressure include: Both under-inflated and over-inflated tyres can affect how much of the tyre is in contact with the road – this, in turn, will influence safety, performance, longevity and fuel efficiency. Likewise, motorists should also keep assess when inflating tyres of whether their tyres are over-inflated, too. While this is normal, car owners should keep on top of this by regularly checking their tyre pressure. Why is tyre pressure important?Įveryday vehicle use will naturally reduce tyre pressure over time. Simply put, tyre pressure is a measure of how much air is in your tyre, and this is measured in either BAR pressure or pounds per square inch (PSI) – you can convert between them using our online tool.
